CO.COM Website issue?

I just logged in and website asked me to update E-mail, phone. They were blank and I had both in before.. had to do terms and conditions.

Now all my reservations are gone and so is PP EQM now missing from my statement.

Anyone else with these issues?

I've been on hold on the Platinum Elite line for over 25 minutes trying to access my account. This is the new United experience.

Just got off the phone with Electronic Support. They are doing "maintenance" until about 5:00 AM. However, I got back into my account just now. Also the phone lines are having script issues, thus the long wait times.
