I searched and searched, but I am wondering what to expect on EWR-SFO F class breakfast tomorrow. Does a snack follow breakfast? Cookies?

I did EWR-LAX in F and got the option of an omelet or cold cereal (with croissant and fruit salad) followed by a warm cookie as desert.

Expect an omelet, french toast or cereal, served with fruit cup, yogurt, breakfast bread, followed by warm cookie prior to arrival.

If you are a good passenger and took the FA to dinner the night before she may heat up your syrup for you.
