Has anyone been getting responses to their emails from [email protected] lately?
I have submitted a few emails (request for missing partner airline mileage credit) over last two weeks and have not heard anything from them.
My experience in the past was that I received and automated acknowledgment of my email and usually had a response within 2-3 days. This time there is a complete silence.

Sent my usual post 90 day follow-up email on Monday, no response. Close to 10 purchases and the experience is always the following:
1. Receive and get charged for the item
2. Wait 8 weeks with no miles posting
3. Submit first mileage credit request email
4. Reply received 2-4 days later, stating to wait another 90 days
5. No miles posted after 90 days, send follow-up email
6. Reply received 2-4 days later, stating they are still verifying
7. Miles finally post 2-4 weeks later
So I guess I'll have to reset expectations from 6 months to 7 months.

I submitted an inquiry about an issue I was having last week sometime and I finally got a response yesterday saying, "Thank you for contacting Continental Airlines. Your message has been received and will be directed to a member of our OnePass team for review and research."
I had to wait over a week for that!

Thanks,
I guess my expectations were just too high based on previous experiences.
Another question:
Is [email protected] the best place to send a complain letter?

Yes I've come to expect ack in 7-10 days, and then if you're lucky an actual response in 3-4 weeks....poor
