That flight has two legs today and neither have exactly two upgrades (7 and 1).

Try using pda.continental.com and go to flight status.

Was curious as I fly primarily DL, I am platinum on CO, was on a Y fare and not sure the exact clearance priority at the gate with CO. I wouldn't think SXM would be a heavy elite route and it seemed to be a couple upgraded together, also the agent in the lounge when looking up my Rez and standby position made a face as if not all was right...

Also, FWIW, the southbound flight was 5 cleared 2 days ago and went up to 7 today. The northbound flight had only 1 cleared 2 days ago and it was still that way (with 1 open seat up front) until this morning.
It is probably worth citing routes these days more than ever as that flight number has, over the past week, operated BOS-IAH, EWR-SXM and SXM-EWR and it will be BOS-IAH-CLE tomorrow. @:-)

To add it was the southbound EWR-SXM flight.

As for that flight in general, it was booked full with 5 upgrades 2 days ago and still like that yesterday. Apparently two of those customers chose not to fly as there were 7 cleared as of this morning and it was still booked full.
