Very hard. I have never been able to use them for Guam in 10 years. I have also looked at Europe many times and never found anything up front available, although I haven't looked at OSL on a weekday in January. I have figured out how to get in first class domestic, but again, never for LAX-EWR

See the new program on the UA website It sucks.
New requirements for spend leave out many small businesses. I need help as I trusted CO and have banked over 100 points. The new program, as I see it, throws out passengers like me who don't meet the new minimum spend requirement starting March 30. Any ideas how to cash in the points I have earned before I am booted from the program? |

I burned 26 points by cashing in two 1-year United Club memberships thereby extending my expiration date to 2016.

In any event, I am sure that the certificates are good on UA flights. There are no more CO flights. I plugged in the numbers and tried to book a ticket and I did see flights come up. The certificates, when issued, are good for one year. They specifically state that travel must be completed within one year. |
