System Wide Upgrade question

Today I hit 82k EQMs for 2011 and became CO Platinum Elite for the first time. Yay!!! I was a Gold Elite last year. My question is about SWU as on my account at Onepass.com the horizontal bar shows I have completed 25% towards SWU award. Should this not be 82% as my understanding is I need 100k EQM for SWU? Is it worth it to do some mileage run towards the end of the year to get these SWU? Do I need another 18k EQMs or more ( this is related to my earlier question). I looked at CO FAQs which says need 100k EQMs...

Second, can I use the SWU on an international Lfthansa flight, which is partner with United?

That progress bar is based on the 75k->100k jump. Confused me too the first time I saw it but I suppose it makes sense since it doesnt appear until you hit 75k.

Aha! That makes so much sense now! Thank you IAHRyan

Is a SWU worth doing a mileage run for? Whats been your experience? Obviously this is the first time I am even eligible for it...

It is actually 6 SWUs. Worth it? Do you travel internationally or BF to Hawaii enough to use 6 SWUs (instead of miles+copay)?
and BTW, you will get 2 more CR1s (above the 2 you recieved for 75K EQMs).

Agreed, it does def seem worth it!

What is CR1? I did not get any at hitting 75k EQM? How do I find them?

CR1s / Regional upgrades are like SWUs but applicable to a subset of flights. For UA it was North American/Hawaii -- CO is similar includes some other geographies and excludes BF to Hawaii. See Regional Upgrades
