Continental and Points.com problem?

Continental and Points.com problem?
My OnePass account has stopped refreshing at Points.com and instead shows an error message saying the account's "not a valid Continental Airlines membership or account number," even though it's definitely valid (working fine at continental.com). Anyone else getting this error message? I tried logging out and back in at Points.com and Continental.com but there's still the error, ever since mid-June. All my other accounts are fine at Points.com. Any suggestions?

Resolved! Removed and re-added program, which finally did the trick. I'd tried this lots of times but it didn't work until today.
