Award ticket amount showing up wrong

Award ticket amount showing up wrong
Sorry if this has been covered already...
Searching for CMH-YYC saver award trips in August.
This is supposed to be a 25k-level award (12.5 e/w). All the pure-CO itins and mixed CO/UA itins show at 12.5k each, but purely UA itins show as **17.5k**?
Just for S&Gs, I searched for CMH-LAX r/ts (to see if it was just YYC-related or Canada-related), and again, the pure-UA itins showed 17.5k one-way in saver.
Is this an IT error? Or just me? Or is something changing??
EDIT--- when I go to confirm, the 17.5k UA metal reward segments book into G (I thought this was a paid fare class only), as opposed to X/XN.
