Upgrade with Miles Question
I need to purchase my ticket on my employer's website (economy). Can I use miles to upgrade separately after the purchase?

If it's available, you can upgrade. Just enter the Continental confirmation number for your record and you can modify seats and/or upgrade regardless of booking channel.
