Just to make sure....
As a Platinum, If I book a JJ ticket on CO Metal flights, I can request an upgrade using my SWU? It's the carrier that counts - not the flight number - am I correct?

I had a similar situation and had no problem - get your CO reservation # and pull it up on co's website. You can then request an upgrade from there.
