Been getting the emails reliably for a decade I guess...got EUA'd today and no email.
I've now had 3 segments clear - no emails. Not sure what's going on with the system.
I got upgraded yesterday on this coming Monday's flight, but received no email for the first time. Discovered it today by accident while checking the reservation.

i just checked my reservation for my EWR-SFO tomorrow night and discovered i was EUA'd, even as a lowly UA 2P (with a good 1/3 of F seats still open). no email.
Sent a note to cust service and got a form reply saying that they will inform senior management and suggested I ask Alex. She kept on sending me the same link about e-mail notification 5 times as I asked her 5 different ways...

Somewhat off topic, but I did not get an email yesterday reminding me to check in for a flight today.
Mine just arrived literally 5 days out to the minute of departure...must be fixed...hopefully.
