I guess it is official now that either the notification is broken or eliminated - not sure which one. Talked to few upgradees and they have not received one lately. Does anyone know if this is an official change with the merger, and if so, has it been announced?

Sent a note to cust service and got a form reply saying that they will inform senior management and suggested I ask Alex. She kept on sending me the same link about e-mail notification 5 times as I asked her 5 different ways...
