Customer Care: Error submiting complain.

I am trying to Contact Continental Customer Care and kept getting the error message: ! Please enter a valid message. (No special characters) I did not use use any special characters.

May be this is a way for Continental to further discourage complains. Any suggests on how to get around this error message?

Is it possible to send an email instead of submitting complains online?

If you composed your complaint in Word or similar it may have replaced quotes with smart quotes or dashes with fancy dashes that aren't allowed by CO.bomb's ancient technology.

Maybe you're not being nice to the COmputer. Being nice opens up a lot of doors.

It's glitched on me like that before when I sent in a COMPLIMENT not from a word file...basically CO's IT is stupid sometimes.

It is definitely a glitch on CO.com side. I have gotten frustrated enough to be mean to computers, yet. Got the CO.COM support to help. They got the same error message as well. My message is being "internally" delivered. With the ongoing integration of UA and CO systems, we will be getting a lot error messages.
