Clearing customs in Oslo?
Cross-posted from SAS board. I'm scheduled to fly to RDU-EWR-OSL-ARN on SAS on a Continental award ticket. Continental has booked me arriving OSL at 8:35 AM and departing for ARN at 9:15 AM. I'll be traveling in SAS's business class . . . but still . . . is that connection time remotely possible? I will have to clear customs in Oslo, won't I? How long should I allow for that? Right now Continental has my ticket on hold, but it rolls off at midnight. I think they will let me make a change.
If I try to go for this schedule (seems insane) and miss my flight to ARN, does anyone here know how hard is it might be to just get on the next plane? It looks like a SAS flight goes OSL-ARN about every hour.
Many thanks. I'm just not familiar with OSL.

The SAS flights on that route are almost shuttle like in frequency. If you do miss the flight, they should rebook you pretty easily.
It's a tight connection but if my memory servces me correct it should be doable in OSL. The SAS board folks will probably confirm/deny with more authority.

Thanks, colmc! You're right -- One of the SAS guys did respond, and said that I would actually clear customs at ARN. That the SAS flights from EWR come into OSL's international terminal. I was surprised. But apparently, all you clear is security, which takes about ten minutes.
