Standard EUA Timeframe

Pretty new to extensive flying and finding a lot of info useful here. Is there a "standard" timeframe when the EUA is executed for a flight? Is it 24 hours? When someone decides to push the button?

Thanks for any help provided...

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry9630/5.0.0.591 Profile/MIDP-2.1 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/105)

The process runs starting 144 hours prior to departure and runs every 24 hours until the OLCI window opens at which point it runs much more frequently.

No guarantee that an upgrade will be handed out at any particular window but those are when it can happen.
