Yes, especially if both flights arrive/dept out of Term D in CLE. Even a C to D connection is very doable.

Piece of cake, assuming the inbound is no more than 15 minutes late.

Very easy to make. I might suggest avoiding coffee at the PC, but even then there's a chance you'd still have time.

<45min connections in CLE have worked well for me...except two weeks ago.

Just watch out for weather.

CLE connection

I did it from the last gate on Terminal D to the Dunkin Donuts outside of security in 15 minutes. Now mind you I move quick, no running. As long as you get in on time you are ok.

If you come in on a regional jet, you will need to add 10 minutes to wait for your bag to come from being gate checked.

Being a smaller hub, it's doable.

Being a smaller hub, if it doesn't work out, it may be longer or more difficult to rebook/reroute you.

Would work best if the flights are early AM. Then you have a better chance of that first flight being on-time.

ROC-CLE arrives in Terminal D and CLE-BWI departs from Terminal D. From end-to-end, D is a 5 minute walk.

Just one of the many reasons I love CLE, besides the fabulous PC.
