Expert flyer has wrong flight status or??

I was checking the flight status on my flight tonite (in one hour) at expertflyer. CO 208 from PDX to IAH. EF says that the flight is cancelled, and I ran down to the gate to check. It still shows on-time (but there was no live agent that I can confirm this.)

Both fligthstats and co.com show the flight is on time. i can see the airplane is at the gate. wondering who is right?

any idea?

I havent used FlightStats, but FlightView has a free version of their app for the Droid and iPhone. I find that it gives very accurate flight tracking and details like time remaining. I think the best part is that the app sends you alerts when there is a change in flight information. Plus, it has maps with radar weather and airport delay information.

" ... I ran down to the gate to check. It still shows on-time ... I can see the airplane is at the gate. Wondering who is right? "

You are at the gate, see the plane, and still don't believe your eyes - shows late on the website, so it must be right!

... Reminds me of when you batteries on your tv remote fade ... you get closer and closer to the tv, pushing buttons again and again, because that's how you are supposed to change channels - just can't make that stretch for 2" to touch the tv button manually
