First class dining question

I am going to be flying first class MCI-IAH with a departure of 6:00 AM. On the CO website it says "light snack" because the flight is under 2 hours. What will the "light snack" be? And yes I fear the worst

Isn't MCI-IAH operated by an ERJ145?

Short breakfast flights are generally either cereal or a "croissant" (in quotations because it's an insult to all things croissant) and a bowl of cereal.

Seeing as CO has eliminated cereal from the back of the bus, I'd say pastry + fruit. I've, personally, never seen the cold plate before 10a.

Buy before you board and you'll be happy.
