1.2 EQM?
A friend of mine just flew biz first to Bogota from IAH and his company booked him in BusinessFirst. But when the EQM posted to his account, he was credited only 120% EQM but he was expecting 150%. Anyone know what this loophole is for the "new" United? Sorry if another string discusses this but I could not find any relevant threads.

IAH-BOG isn't a BF route, but regardless 150% eqm for paid InternationalBusiness would be expected. To figure this out it would be helpful if you could provide the fare class, the routing (flight numbers would be even better), the mileage expected and the mileage received. Also, I assume your friend is crediting towards onepass and not some partner program, yes?
