I logged into my Onepass account 20 minutes ago, and suddenly realized that all my miles were gone. Everything was showing 0 miles....

The website wasn't working for awhile. I also called CO to check on my reservation and I was on hold over 15 minutes. That's unusual, in my experience. I'll try again later.
