OnePass Status Match Program from AAdvantage

Folks,

I sent a mail to [email protected]
I received a response in few days stating the following.

Dear Mr XXXXX

Thank you for contacting the OnePass Service Center.

We received your request for an Other Airline Match for Elite status and are pleased that you selected Continental Airlines as your airline of choice.

To complete the processing of your Elite status we need a copy of your current elite card. Please send an e-mail attachment* or mail the document along with your OnePass account number to:

I replied promptly to the mail with all the info and statements requested by them, and havent heard from them ever since. Has any one experienced this before? How long does it take to receive a confirmation?
