Submitting API data on CO Website

Submitting API data on CO Website
So, we are booked up in October for a trip to Orlando using CO to get us there and as our childrens passports arrived last week I went into CO's website and entered all the required information.
However, if I go back in and look at the booking it doesn't say that it has stored it as all field in the passenger details for passport number and the like are blank.
Is this normal, I'll give CO a call to make sure it has actually been saved but wondering what the opinion of the regular CO users was.
