TripAlert problems with AT&T

Small problem here. I recently switched to an iPhone on AT&T, and despite several attempts, I cannot get the TripAlert text messages sent to the phone.

Right now, under TripAlert, I have my mobile number entered with the "Mobile Phone" and "Send Text Message" boxes checked. Additionally, I have my mobile number e-mail address entered under my profile e-mail addresses ([email protected]). I don't think the profile e-mail address is connected to the TripAlert mobile number, but in any case, I am not getting anything.

I do get the e-mail alert, which I do get on my phone, but it would be nice to get the text messaging to work, particularly for international travel. I had no problems with Sprint.

Suggestions? Thanks.

Does anyone still use iPhones? How quaint.

Try deactivating trip alerts, waiting a day, then reactivating.

Thanks for the suggestion. Sounds like no known technical issues. I deleted and reentered the number. If that doesn't work, I will try your suggesion.
