How Do I View a CO Reservation?
Got a question I hope someone can answer.
Now I've never thought about this because I'm a CO OnePass member with Elite status so all of my reservations show up in my account.
However, I booked a ticket for a friend today who has no status with CO and doesn't even have a OnePass Account.
I went to the CO website to put in her Confirmation Number and realized there does not seem to be a place a non elite/non member can put in their information to view their reservation. Is that correct?
Yes, I know I can put in her last name and PNR number when I log into my account, but if she were to go on her computer, there doesn't seem to be a way for her to view her reservation (besides email).
Someone correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks.

I would be the same as her then, no Onepass membership or any affiliation to continental at all. I can check my reservation on their website just by putting in my confirmation number and last name, no problems at all. That does not work for her?

Thank you for your quick replies. I don't know how I have missed that after years of using the CO website. Thanks.
