Quickest way to status
I'm a former AA flier, but will now begin taking a lot of CO flights. I don't have status right now on anyone, but should have the travel on CO to obtain status. Are their any shortcuts (like AA's challenges) to help me get CO status faster?
Thanks!
Anything else I should know as a AA convert to CO?!?
Thanks!

Only way to earn EQMs is through putting the butt in a seat for a flight.

If you have status on AA or DL, you could ask for a status match.
Not aware of CO doing any challenges, but I really don't pay attention to that stuff.

Get the CO Presidential Plus credit card and charge 125k. Gets you to silver.

Book a r/t B fare like XXX-IAH-NRT and you'll be out about $2500 and most or all of the way to silver. That's a lot faster (and probably cheaper) than getting the PP card and charging $125k.
