Meal to expect on transcon?

Flying EWR-SFO (348) Tomorrow and SFO-EWR Monday (1829) in First. What sort of meal should I expect for each leg? Does the CO forum have "Let's Eat" style thread like us UA folks that outlines different types of meals?

This is from 2008 but should give you a basic idea. Also I posted the link to this poster's complete travel statement.

Semi-warm mixed nuts
Salmon roulade

Salad with vinaigrette or ranch dressing

Bread basket with garlic bread, pretzel rolls, and a few other choices

Chicken with air-dried beef and tomato sauce
Fish with shellfish sauce
Manicotti with marinara sauce
Veal with potatoes

Sundaes with strawberry, caramel, or chocolate sauces, nuts, and whipped cream
