After seeing the restrictions, I don't think I'll be making use of the $100 code I was sent for "friending" the CLE airport on Facebook. It's free to the first flyertalk friend to use it:

Purchase a Continental Airlines Vacations air and hotel package from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) to any Continental Airlines Vacations destination by April 27, 2010 for travel by December 31, 2010.
At time of reservation, you must refer to the e-certificate number in this email.
Discount is valid towards all fares (subject to availability) on reservations on Continental Airlines and/or it's codeshare partners; reservations that include only flights on other airlines do not qualify. The hotel discount is based on the standard room charges of each of the participating Continental Airlines Vacations hotels.
Minimum 2-night hotel stay required.
Minimum purchase of $799 per booking is required.
Discount is $100 per eligible air and hotel component.
Maximum discount is $100 per booking; $50 off hotel; $50 off air
