When does the ATI actually start?

I know that CO/LH/AC/UA were given approval to work together, but when will it start? I know there are some contracts to work out.

Since they will be like working as one airline, I would expect to see changes reflecting available aircraft.

For example, if AC has an available widebody, they could pick up one of CO's frequencies of EWR-LHR currently done on a 757. CO could then fly the 757 on a different route (say BOS-LHR, CLE-LHR, East Coast non hub-FRA).

Anyone think we will see a lot of changes like this? Or, will they pretty much focus on their own current routes with gradual changes?

Will there be a big announcement, like the ATI officially starts on Jun 1, 20xx?? Also, will they disclose how they are sharing revenue? Thoughts?
