Shady Award Availability?
Trying to book an award on gru-iad on UA 860 on 1/9/2011.
United and ana tool show availability, continental says the flight is "cancelled". What gives?
I've been calling a fair amount about this route and it seems that what is shown on the ana tool and united.com is NOT what continental is willing to offer. is this a system issue, a blocking issue? any other data points on this issue?
