Im sure you'll get in love of my country ^^^

As for the baggage, all I can say is Cuba. maybe the rampers over there or cuban TSA.
Who knows lol

When I opened it , half of my belongings were missing, and many things in there were NOT mine. Apparently shoved in from another opened luggage. I have provided the airline immediately with all the missing items information as well as all the items that would be missing from another person's luggage to determine the approximate place, time and eventually the responsible parties for this offence. The only answer I received (and that's also after very long time, and after resubmitting my claims to PTY baggage central) was that they don't take responsibility for any valuable items in the luggage. That's it !

COPA did not apologize, take responsibility or even said they will investigate and inform me of what they'd do to gain anybodies trust after such an incident.
This is in addition to the numerous events I have experienced of delays, mis-information and overbooking with no compensation by Copa.

An ability of a criminal to penetrate our check in luggage for robbery purposes is of no distance whatsoever from the ability of such, under the right consequences to insert a bomb. Copa's doesn't seem to have cared, and I am not going to ever get near their flights and deeply recommend everybody else to follow. What a shame CO , which is a serious and responsible airline has to carry this shame on their tail.

Out of curiosity, how did you manage to get permission to fly to Cuba?

Without paying attention, I booked a flight on the CO website on COPA to Panama City, and they dont even let you choose seats on COPA. At least when you book on that gangster airline that seemingly is running CO, you can coose whatever seat you want in the back of the bus

Call in to Copa and pick a seat. They rarely have too long a wait on the phones and the agents are very good.

Admittedly off topic, but I am curious; why hasn't COPA been invited to joing *A? It was an associate member of ST.

On topic, lost luggage and luggage being riffled through in places like Havana is a pretty frequent occurance with all airlines, if you stop flying each one as this happens to you, well, you'll not be flying soon enough.
