I figured the experts might know the answer to this one, my company normally pays for my airfare in Businessfirst for international trips, but because of the economy right now has asked us to buy an economy fare and upgrade, they would pay the copay on it. I felt this was reasonable and was normally okay especially if I can find availability beforehand so I don't have to wait list. Currently when I look at my reservation now it shows me upgraded on the way out and waitlisted on the way back in R. I know that that is what upgrades book into, but it does not show any miles for flying any of the segments and at the price section it states rice:

This was booked and then upgraded, is this normal procedure and will I not get miles for my paid fare, I am not asking for the businessfirst bonus or anything. Just the original S fare.

It's a glitch

Folks have been talking about it on domestic upgraded flights (booking to ZE I think?) and suddenly showing no milage.

I had a milage upgrade from a B fare this week that was showing on website as 0 miles, but it posted appropriately as 150%.
