How long to process refund?
Do you know how long it takes for a refund to be processed? CO's website seems to say 7 business days but the travel agent is giving me the "1-2 billing cycles" spiel.

I've usually received them within a week. The one time I didn't I called the 'refund' desk and it posted within the following 24 hours.
Never did a refund going through a TA - only a void/reissue.
