How do I go about getting a CO match and what would it be?

Agents at the airport can do it as well...that's where I got my match processed on Saturday.

DL plat here too
I'm looking to change too. I fly a lot to LAX but noticed when I logged onto CO's site it didn't give me Skywest's phx-lax's flights. Should I book these tickets via ual and input my CO number? Will I get 100% EQM's on a UA/Skywest flight? If I flew US non stop to san, lax, sna, etc; and input my CO number would I get 100% eqm's for CO?

Judging from what we have seen reported, I believe that Plat-to-Plat is only for DL to CO, but all they can do is say no, so you might as well ask the question.
