Fare Rules
Does anyone know if I can obtain a copy of the fare rules for a flight I have already booked on Continental.com or some other place? I have been searching for an hour now and I can't find it. Its like as soon as I paid for it, it disappeared from where I would normally find them.

I'm not aware of any place that archives fare rules, other than the airline itself.
The airline should be able to look up any part of them you need.
Is there some reason you need them?

Well on the page where I clicked "Purchase" - the sentence next to "Purchase" said it was a refundable fare (for me it always says non-refundable since I never purchase refundable fares) even though I didn't purchase a full fare ticket. And now I am contemplating changing it and I would like to see the fare rules because if the fare rule says its non-refundable that is quite contradictory. I made a pdf of that page before clicking purchase so I have proof that the page says it was refundable. For some reason I think it was a typo because I've never heard of a $350 refundable international ticket to Latin America.

Try making a change to the booking online - you don't have to finish it. Click the "change flights" link and make a change to the booking - it will show you the fees involved in doing this.
You can also do some detective work. Where are you traveling to / from, approx. what dates and what fare code does it say you are in when you view the booking ? This will be written next to the flight numbers.

I tried countless times to make changes online but it will never let me price it out. I receieve the same error everytime:
"! Continental.com is unable to initiate your flight change request at this time. Please contact Continental Reservations at 1-800-525-0280 to make changes to this Itinerary."
Not sure what the deal is, but when I called to have them price it out, the fare was like $500 more expensive which is terrible since I only paid $350 for the original ticket.
I even tried to cancel one of the segments online and it gives me the same error as I mentioned above.
