Missing Mileathon Credit

I had signed up for Chase World Continental Onepass credit card during the mileathon promotion. I should have gotten 30 mileathon credits. However, my account still shows 0 credits from the credit cards. Needless to say, I have fulfilled all terms e.g. first pruchase before Nov 30, 2009 etc. etc.

Anyone else having the same issue? Any ideas? I have emailed CS but have not heard back yet.

There's a big lag between actual activity and reporting. I signed up for the card in 2007 and it took two or three months for the credit to show in the Mileathon status counter. If you notice, they haven't reported October activity yet. Expect that at the end of next week. November activity by end of the year, and December activity in late January.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who's noticed this. I've flown two round trips since I registered for Mileathon, but whenever I go back to continental.com/mileathon to check my progress, the system still says I have no credits as of 9/30/09. Could Mileathon updates be delayed because of the *A transition?

They could, but in previous years there were terrible delays like this, too. So I think it is just mileathon being mileathon, nothing special.

None of my mileathon credits have posted yet. The fine print said "may not reflect all activity up through September 30" (?), or something like that.

I don't remember it taking this long in the past.
