beef jerky

flew last nght MKE-EWR on a RJ at 5 pm. Dinner (and it announced as such) consisted of a package of beef jerky, rondelle cheese, dried fruit snack and a Hershey bar

The beefy jerky, while interesting, consisted of mostly tiny pieces of beef with a few larger strips

havent flown RJs on CO in a while - what ever happened to the roll with a piece of mystery meat?

Sometimes, for logistical reasons, Coex meals have to be shelf-stable. I would actually like to see that "meal" once in a while in place of the turkey bomb.

Had it on an RJ once taught it was ok. They also do beef salami sometimes which is also ok.
