intl flight
When booking a flight on CO, or any airline and wanting to upgrade with points to bus. class how far in advance can one do this?

You can request the upgrade on Continental at any time. If the seat is not available - odds are it will not be - you can be waitlisted and your request will be processed when seats open up.
