Maintenance

Some maintenance is underway on CO.com.

Is it the conversion to Star?

Certainly the removal of ST at a minimum.

Do you think that's why I haven't received my custommary 5 day advance upgrade yet? Only 2/20 seats are booked and the flight is in about 36 hrs.

Do you regularly get upgraded at 5 days out? I almost never do, very rarely got the 3 day upgrade when i was gold either. But to answer your question there is a thread here discussing the EAU issues this past week.

I do in this market - I believe it is Elite light market. And this particular segment of the flight, in the past two months, they have been between 3 - 5 empty seats in FC. But in the Elite heavy market, I and 20 other Plats are sitting in Coach. And yes, thanks - I saw the thread relating to this topic. I will go bother them

Saturday is usually the day that CO upgrades their computer systems. I'm sure the change over is adding to the delays.

I just got off the phone with an agent because CO.com was being especially today. She told me the site is still functional, but she's heard it was throwing up a few more errors today.

They are loading the :-: information this weekend according to her.

I don't have the stats but I would think IAH is elite-heavy. Do you fly out of another airport TXbizman?

I'm sure there are going to be a number of crazy hick-ups due to the change over. That's probably why there is a 2 day delay between alliances. I'm sure Mr. Murphy's Law will make a stunning entrance soon.

Glad I'm off until Monday night.

Having flown on the day US (East) migrated to HP's Shares platform, I'm sure traveling on CO this week will be a breeze. :-:

Although I do have a pretty itinerary.

No, I fly out of IAH. True that IAH might be Elite heavy but you have to factor in where I am flying to. You can have all Elites at IAH but if they are not going to a particular place, then the plane is considered elite light - thus beneficial for me

The only problem I think might happen will have to do with loading the new Reward's Chart, Club information and OnePass/MileagePlus numbers to correctly gather information.

If you don't save your boarding passes, this week might be a good week to start saving them. Just incase.

I gotta assume at some point there could be a mistake reward fare or two on as the new inventory is added from *A.
