any threads on BF dining???

just curious. my upcoming flight hasnt got much for me in the eats dept. looks like ill be bringing my own....

how's the ribeye these days? last time i had the ribeye in BF (ex iah) it was terrible. my other options are halibut and shrimp (shrimp, OK, fish not so much), pasta or a brunch choice with salmon and shrimp entree. then the arrival app is salmon also. I hate salmon. In general not a big airplane seafood fan. ive never seen such a seafood heavy flight.

are there any threads with CO's food reviews.

I know its not five star dining, just curious what everyone thinks. doesnt UA have a ongoing dining thread?

steak is always at minimum medium, normally medium well, so if you like it blue like me, no luck.

that being said I didn't mind it when i had, but I really enjoy the salmon in flight, its good. Halibut, i don't like anyway, so would skip that!

I would say the chicken (if available) is the safest bet. CO is the finest example of why everything does NOT taste like chicken.

Salmon on CO has always been a safe bet. I've had the halibut and it was good, as was the shrimp I had once. My favorite BF entre remains the duck.

Anyone else remember the days, not even 10 years ago, when the salmon was in regular rotation on domestic F dinner flights of at least 750 miles?

I have always found the pasta to be a pretty safe bet as well...YMMV though...
