Jumpgate - sorry to hear you will not be able to attend.

Mrs. Italy and I will still attend arriving late on 9 April and departing around noon on 11 April. We've seen the list of hotels and were wondering if any Hilton properties been identified?

I've booked a room at casa de friends (no points, but an otherwise fantastic rewards program). Looking forward to seeing some of you again & meeting others.

I have still not booked my flight. As long as I can find a good fare I'll be there!

Will you let me know here and/or at FFOCUS whether or not you will be there? I am trying to figure out where to have lunch and dinner on Saturday and I will probably need the numbers for reservations. Thanks!

Thank you for letting me know. And I apologize that the activity in this thread "died" for a while.

Is there an official schedule set for this DO yet?

I'm going to fly to TYS, see a friend, then drive up to TRI.

While I don't want you to remove me yet, it is looking doubtful at this time.

You can't non-rev to TRI for the day? I can't believe you'd want to miss BBQ or meeting scoow, our travel safety and security forum moderator!

We plan to meet for lunch and dinner on Saturday, April 10. The locations TBD, based on numbers. You are welcome to bring your friend!
