Given your amount of "friends"...I'd say that will be VERY affordable! :D

Hotel update

Good news!
We got a fantastic (and I mean it!) deal with Andorra Park 5* hotel. Now we're working on closing the details (basically how reservations will be managed). As soon as we get that, alanw will be updating the first post of the thread with all the info!

alanw Jan 23, 2009 1:18 pm

I just noticed we made TalkMail last week. :)

"...Just when you thought alanw's famous BOO DOs couldn't get any more elaborate, any more impressive, or any more enjoyable, he goes and presents the agenda for BOO DOO Six: Party Out of Bounds. Warning, reading this post will cause you to seriously reconsider any plans you might have scheduled around Halloween 2009..."

woohoo!
marketing, we need marketing!

For the Monday "guided tour of La Ruta Románica", will that end up in Barcelona Monday evening?

I forgot to answer to this...the tour will focus on the Romanic churches and villages in Andorra, so we most likely be back to Andorra la Vella at the end of the tour, with plenty of time to go back to BCN on that same day!

I've never been to a Boo Doo, though I've wanted to go to several - I could never make it work.

I don't yet know if this year will be different, but the dates are in my calendar and I've got the thread subscribed. Now I just need to figure out where in the world I will be in October, and whether or not I will be employed - I'll get back to you in September or so, hopefully that will not be too late to sign up.

I've always wanted to go to Andorra. Let's see if I can work this out.

The hotel info has been updated in the first post! How does a suite with terrace, Jacuzzi, plasma TV, and stunning view for 99€ sound? How about with breakfast included? I thought so. :D

venues update

As this thread needs a good bump (it's all about marketing, impact index, visibility and exposure to potential public), I'll bump it up saying that the contacts and negotiation with Buda Espai Andorra are coming to a good term and in a day or so alanw will be updating the first post of the thread with all the gory details!

Who, exactly, is going to be awake in time for breakfast? ;)

alanw Jan 31, 2009 3:15 am

If it's free, I'll bet a few will manage. :)

Does this mean you're going to join us Bob? We missed you in SVQ.
