You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. Know that you always have a support group here. I have met some of the most amazing people here on FlyerTalk and the generosity and kindness I have seen has been unbelievable. Best wishes...and know you have a group of people who genuinely care about you and your family.

While I cannot imagine the scenario you are dealing with, I must admit that I too take some respite and refuge in the FT community when I need a break and it seems like one thing after another is going wrong. I'm not traveling much anymore for a number of not-so-great reasons, and I miss it a LOT, but just reading about the adventures of others makes me forget. And some of the stuff here is just plain hysterical!!
I am in Orlando as well. Perhaps this is for PM, but may I ask where is your granddaughter being treated?

I just saw this as a featured post in Talkmail and just wanted to say that I'm glad you are able to find some diversion from this very serious ordeal you're going through .I hope you can find some comfort in knowing that you and your little granddaughter are on the minds of so many FTers. Wishing you the best and sending good thoughts your way and hoping for a quick recovery for your granddaughter.
