made your inquiry.

On my info, a buddy got a UA pair PHL/HNL 1/12-1/22. My question was how to get any UA award tickets PHL/HNL using US mileage. An answer was to check ANA first. How do I do that?

I'm heading to Hawaii around that time on the great fares but I'm visiting Kauai this time around. Not that it matters but I'll be flying the following itinerary:

Jan 28:
UA97 EWR-LAX
UA69 LAX-LIH

Feb 3:
UA62 LIH-SFO
UA52 SFO-EWR

Aloha! Please add TravelKhatt and VPescado to the "maybe" list and we will check whether we can make the dates and fares work on our end. It sure would be dreamy!

I realize that was your question, but the fare EWR-HNL was good enough
so nobody in his/her right mind would have spent the miles.

Checking ANA requires that you open an ANA account first.

Then everything is self-explanatory.

Not to get of topic, but to get off topic: 1st, Thank you for ANA info. 2nd, I have orphan mileage on US and giving PHL/HNL to relatives of questionable health who may cancel by Jan. seemed better than the $299 CO PHL/HNL steal.

just as an fyi, if you got in on this deal on united you might want to check 'my itineraries.' i have three flights on this deal, (two for me and one for my folks) all different dates, and all three had a slight schedule change.

back to our regularly scheduled do...even though it's more than six months away, i'm excited about our upcoming little party!

KenfromDE, wilkommen, and TravelKhatt and VPescado, i'm looking forward to seeing you guys! rwk32882, sorry we'll miss you, but if your plans change, there will be room for you at the table in HNL!

Put me down as a "maybe". If I'm in town, I'll be there.
