Might be up for seeing Avatar (on Bob's recommendation upthread) sometime soon.
Also on my list is Sherlock Holmes.
Anyone up for anything?
There's a slight chance Friday would work for one (or both) if we're done by 3:00pm. I say slight because it will work only if I can manage to get to bed at a reasonable hour so as to awaken early enough to see a showing that allows that to happen. (I've gone enough days in a row with less-than-full-nights' sleeps.)
If we're looking at next week, Wednesday (being done by 3pm again) might work. Thursday's out--it's dinner at Bob's!
(Friday would work though--if we're not too hung over! )So...anyone interested?

First post has been edited to reflect our request that each guest bring something to share throughout the night (a side dish, salad, snack, dinner rolls, any beverage other than wine, etc.). I'm listing there what each person is bringing. Post here or PM me with what you can share so we don't end up with five people bringing dinner rolls...

Cant wait for dates. I was thinking of using up my US miles. Right now for most of March its 50K for Y or F, unfortunately its really limited for number of remaining seats. Either that for 25K or Y using AS miles

Just to clarify for those I haven't PMed yet:
Party starts at 7:30pm. Bob has welcomed anyone who wants to come by earlier to drop by any time after 6pm.
I will most likely be there between 6:30 and 7:00.
Hope to see as many of you show up as possible! If you're a last-minute joinee, PM BOB W to let him know you'll be coming. Might not be enough beef for ya (especially since beckoa will be there), but you're welcome to come for the company, drinks, and any crumbs that fall out of beckoa's mouth...
The list of dishes being brought by attendees has been updated. Check the first post on page 1 for details.
