If this is intended to be a Do in one of the SFO RCCs, you should probably have a moderator edit the thread title to indicate that (as well as which RCC it is -- Domestic or International).

The title is fine - its unlikely to be "in" the RCC as there doesn't seem to be enough members to guest everyone in

Help me out here. Sometimes an airport code in a title means just that (the Do is actually AT the airport), and sometimes it doesn't. @:-)

Will see you all at SFO for come what may.
One thing for those coming in from ANC: Are any of you going to try for an earlier flight back to JFK? I'm thinking GoingAway may have a point about being totally messed up at 5am Sunday morning...
Just wondering...

How about you share where you'll be or if you are interested in attending depending on where it is ... as stated somewhere in here, its going to be seat of the pants depending on whether we can get everyone in to the RCC or not (likely not). We're all connecting so very likely we're staying behind/after security (I for one would not rather have to deal with them) ... are you going to be at the airport that morning? If so, give me a call on the cell and I'll tell you where we end up. Other than two people (one coming in from an intl flight and one who is overnighting in SF), I think we're on ANC related runs.

I'm flying into SFO that day for an MR, but on..... *gasp* NW! Haha! I'm arriving around 11:30am, and flying out around 9:30pm. Is it possible at SFO to come over to the United side if I have a NW ticket? I'm not sure what my plan for the day is, probably just bumming around the city!! Maybe I'll run into some of you!

Anyhow, if something is an in-airport meetup, I think that should be posted in the thread title. Just IMHO.

:-: Come celebrate your quest for enhanced status :-:
I will arrive in SFO (on the redeye from ANC) as a brand spankin' new (real) 1P. ^ and because of this promo have decided to press on to become a (lite
) 1K in 2008.
Meet your fellow FTers, some of whom believe it or not are actually on their way to/from places other than Alaska
I'm not that familiar with SFO so if you have any ideas for maybe a breakfast place or anything else PLEASE suggest away
Post your ideas (breakfast, RCC invites, etc?) and layover times and hopefully we can come up with a plan.
I'll start
bk3day 5:30 AM - 1:30 PM RCC Access - No
Sponsor: cpx (8:30 AM)

Since the OP asked -- traditional breakfast food is offered by branches of Lori's Diner in both the International Terminal (pre-security north food court) and United's terminal (post-security food court). Meanwhile those who eschew traditional American breakfast foodstuffs can instead feast on sushi or several other options in the food courts.

OP here apologizing for any confusion and thanking those who offered up ideas on where to eat and how to pass the early morning hours away at SFO
I agree with GoingAway and a few of the "Others" that since everyone will be a wee bit tired and in between flights that this is more of a "free form" get together.
Still, I'm glad I posted this so we all can get an idea of who might be where and when.
btw, I will have RCC drink chits to share if at some point the party does move inside.
see everyone soon and safe travels
