Today we celebrated my youngest son's birthday by going to dinner and then attending the Omaha Lancers hockey game against the dreaded Lincoln Stars. The entire evening was a tremendous success and would not have been possible without rjmeyer85's selfless assistance with the hockey game. Then, when they announced my son's name as a birthday boy and put his name on the marquee, well, that took the cake. Robert, thank you for bringing a great deal of joy to the heart of a nine-year old, his 11-year old brother, and a teary-eyed divorced dad. Oh, and the Lancers won on a shutout, 3-0!^

I didn't get specific because I didn't have permission to share that, but suffice it to say that is was significant and moved me to let the rest of the community know about it. It's not always the act, but simply the fact that something nice was done that counts. ThanxaBunch.
