Lax In And Out Run In December?

Hello LAXers's.. I'll be having an extremely long layover in LAX from 12:55pm (when my flight lands from Asia) until 8:25 pm , when my next flight departs. I have only been in LAX once before... way back in 1996 when I was 9 ^ I've been reading tons for the past couple years on the In and Out Sepulveda Av. I thought, why not, since I'm going to be tehre for so long.... do a nice run to In and Out ^ If anybody feels like it... The date I'l be there is 30 Dec. I'll be arriving on Korean Air flt. 11 in Biz. Class then I'll be continuing on with US Air to Minneapolis via LAs Vegas.

You mean In-N-Out? :)

There's no "and" in the name...

I keep meaning to go figure out where the one by LAX is, but just haven't gotten around to it yet. I'm stopping in L.A. for the night December 12 on my way back from the DC Air+Space Museum mini-DO, and maybe I'll get there...

You might ask the mod to change the date in the thread title, as Dec is a pretty long time & it's not 'til toward the end of your OP that one even finds 12/30.

Also, I would hazard a guess that most are out of town on the 30th for the holidays or just zooming around doing holiday things since it's a Sunday.

If by chance you don't find someone to do the I-n-O thing, what I'd recommend given the timeframe of your layover is to catch one of the hotel shuttles (Marriott, Hilton, etc) to the hotel, and then catch the free "Ocean Express" shuttle from the hotel to downtown Manhattan Beach. MB is a fun seaside town about 10-15 minutes away from LAX - has a pier, shops, restaurants, bars, galleries. The Ocean Express runs on a regular basis, and the hotel bellman have the schedule, so then you'd catch the OE back to the hotel & then catch the hotel shuttle back to LAX. Just a thought...

Cheers.
