PIT Do Nov. 17 or 24?

Anyone interested in getting together on the 17th or 24th somewhere in PIT? We'll be in town both weekends.

I'll be zipping in for the day on Nov 18 if you are still around. Be based around U Pitt.

That's Sunday, right? We'll be around most of the day. What time will you get there?

I am probably free at that time as well - it would be fun to get together then. I work in the Oakland area of Pittsburgh, so I could suggest a couple of possible places to meet, if you like.

A lot of the funky little ethnic places are closed on Sunday, but there's Fuel and Fuddle for (good) bar food and beer, Joe Mama's for Italian, and India Garden. Since it isn't really at a meal time, there are also lots of little coffee shops (not to mention the ubiquitous Starbucks and Paneras) around, if you guys prefer.

3-3:30 is getting a little late for us--we have a 3 hour drive back, and Mr. Kipper has to be up early that Monday. Earlier a possibility?

There are lots of great places in Sq.Hill as well. My timing is fairly flexible - 2-2:15 would work fine.

Since you are the lone local so far, why don't you pull the trigger and pick a place! Count me in to join bw 215-230p.

Sorry - I've been on the road, then slammed with PMs on the premium fare board!

Let's meet at the Silk Elephant at Forbes and Murry at around 2-2:30.

Cheers!
