Well, actually Jerusalem, but no airport code that I'm aware of!

IAD-AMS-TLV RT for 25K via Flying Blue 'Webaward'.

JRS does not exist anymore; it used to be used for short domestic flights but has since gone the way of some other Israeli airports (specifically, into the dustpan of history).

TLV is located between Jerusalem and Tel Aviv and is used for both cities (and, for that matter, almost everywhere else in the country).
