Baltimore/BWI Drinks/Dinner July 10?

Baltimore/BWI Drinks/Dinner July 10?
I will be in Greenbelt, MD on July 9 and near BWI on July 10. Any suggestions for restaurants/bars (not necessarily in that order) are welcome. An opportunity to meet up with any FTers would also be great.

Well, one of my favorite bars is attached to a very good restaurant, Timbuktu. I often stop in on Tuesday evenings because my good friend works the bar that night. It is also only about 5 minutes from BWI.

What time will you be in the area???

I'll be driving back to BWI from Greenbelt Tuesday afternoon; whenever my meeting is over. Should easily be there in time for drinks and dinner. I am staying at the Residence Inn at BWI Tuesday night and flying out on Wednesday morning. Tumbuktu sounds like a good place; looks like I need to try the crab cakes.

The crab cakes are to die for! I will probably get there about 6:30. Would this work for you?

6:30 it is. If I get there before then I will be in the bar anyway. Anybody else in the BWI area up for crab cakes Tuesday?

The bar area is in the back near the package goods store. There is a separate entrance there which will save you from having to find your way through the restaurant. Just ask the bartender for Kathleen.


Anybody else in the BWI area up for crab cakes Tuesday?

If you want to do something on the 9th in Greenberlt arera, I am game. I live not too far from there. 10th won't work for me as we are going away on the 11th and shall be busy with packing and last minute things.
